Job Description:

Lead, plan and manage IT project from initiation phase until closing phase.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for external clients and resources.
Track and monitor project progress on regular basis; provide report to management on regular basis or as requested.
Schedule internal and external resources and provide all relevant information and materials.
Communicate expectations clearly to clients and resources to ensure that deliverables and deadlines are properly met.
Check completed projects thoroughly before delivery to the client.

Requirements:

S-1 degree with minimum GPA of 3.5.
Having at least 4 years of experience in IT companies and at least 1 year of experience in managing IT project as technical leader or project manager is mandatory.
Proven track record in managing software development. Strong in SDLC.
Possess certification in IT-area. Certification in project management is highly preferable.
Excellent problem-solving skills; able to formulate creative solutions to day-to-day problems and make good decisions on the fly.
Good communication skills, both in oral and writing.
Self-motivated, quick-learner, can work under minimum supervision.

Candidates should have managerial experience, hands on technical capabilities including familiarity with industry standard G&G software, a degree in Geosciences or other relevant subject, a minimum of 15 years experience of which at least five years should be with an Operator.

SENIOR RESERVOIR ENGINEER

Responsible for the co-ordination of reservoir engineering studies to optimise field development including the design and interpretation of oil and gas well tests and reservoir fluid characterization.

Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of experience and a relevant Bachelor Degree in Petroleum or Reservoir Engineering.

GEOPHYSICIST

Capable of undertaking detailed 2D/3D seismic interpretation, risk and uncertainty analysts, volume the estimation, well planning and participation in meetings with BPMIGAS and partners.

A Bachelor degree in Geophysical Science, or other relevant subject, 9 years industry experience, good understanding of subsurface tools, interpretation techniques and depth conversion and seismic acquisition and processing knowledge.

GEOLOGIST

Will undertake production and development geology for a producing field.

Candidates should have a Bachelor degree in Geological Science, at least 9 years of experience, a solid technical background including a good understanding of structural geology, familiarity with advanced geo-science software and data management.
